About the Pop-Up
Anne is the founder of the excellent Y.V.C., a vegetarian food blog for her own recipes as well as a platform for guest chefs. Her style: fabulously plated ingredient combinations with a focus on mixing textures and flavours. Elodie has gathered culinary experience in many countries before settling down in Berlin. Her style: what look like effortless home-cooked meals behind which actually lie hours of meticulous research.

Amuse-bouche: French blue cheese, walnut and pear macaron served with a glass of blackcurrant kir
Starter: almond-mint-spring oinion pesto, radicchio, beetroot crisps, goat's cheese & apples
Main: roasted beetroot, potato purée, rye croutons & lemon jelly
Dessert: orange and olive oil cake, orange curd, almond biscuit & kumquats
